Hosting and security

When you visit, our hosting and security provider Cloudflare processes connection data including IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and technical errors. This delivers the pages and protects against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

Optional usage counts stay off until you give permission. Voluntary feedback is sent only when you submit it. There are no advertising trackers. Company-page language selection uses separate URLs. Games open as their own pages; local saves remain tied to the hosting domain. External websites have their own privacy information.

Optional counts and voluntary feedback

Counts require prior consent and respect GPC and DNT. Only a product code and action type are sent, without visitor IDs, visited URLs, saves or file contents. Daily totals cover the current UTC day and 89 prior days; they count actions, not individual people. Where possible the choice is stored under arcdrake.analytics.v1 in this domain’s browser storage. Storage failure gives a page-only choice; if earlier permission cannot be removed, it can survive reload or another tab. Counts can be turned off.

Feedback policy updated 27 October 2026. Forwarding applies only to new submissions after this update takes effect; earlier feedback keeps its original 30-day expiry and is not automatically forwarded. Feedback is sent to Arcdrake only when you submit it: product, category, message and optional reply email. It is independent of usage counts. Arcdrake handles your message; a reply is not guaranteed. The website working copy is accessible for 30 days, then hidden and removed by hourly cleanup under normal operation; platform failures can delay physical deletion. Cloudflare’s database recovery history can retain earlier copies for up to 30 days after deletion. Feedback is also queued for forwarding through Microsoft 365 to Arcdrake’s contact mailbox. A saved receipt confirms website storage and queueing, not inbox delivery or a human response. Mailbox correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You can withdraw permission for optional counts at any time through “Privacy choices” (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The yes/no choice has no visitor identifier and is separate from game saves. Declining is as easy as allowing. We process voluntary messages to address your enquiry on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Other domains have separate choices; we do not link visitors across domains.

Contact enquiries

Our contact form sends your name, email address and message through Cloudflare to our business mailbox. Technical connection data is used to limit abusive requests. We do not store form messages in an additional website database or write their content to our application logs.

When you contact us, we process your contact details and message to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
