Hosting and security

When you visit, our hosting and security provider Cloudflare processes connection data including IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and technical errors. This delivers the pages and protects against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

These websites do not use their own analytics or advertising trackers. Language selection uses separate URLs without cookies or browser storage. Games and external platforms are linked rather than embedded. Following an external link connects you to that website, where the provider’s privacy information applies.

Contact enquiries

Our contact form sends your name, email address and message through Cloudflare to our business mailbox. Technical connection data is used to limit abusive requests. We do not store form messages in an additional website database or write their content to our application logs.

When you contact us, we process your contact details and message to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
